1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when you use GmbPlus:
- Name, phone number, and email address used for registration
- Business profile data (locations, reviews, posts, photos) accessed via your connected business accounts
- Facebook Page and Instagram Business account data accessed through Meta OAuth
- Usage data such as actions performed within the app or dashboard
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve the GmbPlus service
- To sync and display your business profile data across Google, Facebook and Instagram
- To publish AI-generated posts to your connected platforms on your behalf
- To generate AI-powered suggestions for posts and review replies
- To send review request messages on your behalf
- To send service-related notifications
3. Google Business Profile Data Access
GmbPlus accesses your Google Business Profile data through secure OAuth 2.0. We only request permissions strictly necessary to provide the service — managing your business listing, syncing reviews, publishing posts, and showing analytics.
GmbPlus's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not allow humans to read your data unless required by law, and do not use data beyond what is necessary to provide the in-app features.
You can revoke our access at any time from your Google account permissions page.
4. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Data Access
When you connect your Facebook Page and Instagram Business account, GmbPlus accesses the following through Meta's official Graph API:
- Your Facebook Page name, ID and access token — to publish posts on your Page
- Your Instagram Business account linked to your Facebook Page — to publish photos and content
- Basic page engagement data — to display analytics within your dashboard
We do not access your personal Facebook profile, private messages, friends list, or any data not required to operate the service. You can revoke access at any time from Facebook App Settings.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. Access tokens (Google, Facebook, Instagram) are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption. We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
6. Third-Party Services
- Google APIs — for managing your Google Business Profile listing, reviews, and posts
- Meta Graph API — for publishing posts to Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts
- Razorpay — for subscription payments (payment data is handled directly by Razorpay; we do not store card details)
- AI Services (OpenAI / Gemini) — for generating content suggestions (only relevant text content is sent; no personal identity data is shared)
- Firebase — for push notifications (device tokens only)
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.
8. Your Rights
- Access or correct your personal data at any time from the app
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Withdraw consent for data access at any time (Google or Meta)
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you
9. Children's Privacy
GmbPlus is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
