By registering, accessing, or using GmbPlus ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
GmbPlus is an AI-powered automation platform that helps business owners manage and publish content on Google Business Profile, Facebook Pages, and Instagram Business accounts. Additional features include AI SEO, review management, analytics, and smart scheduling. The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of data obtained from third-party platforms.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must not share your account access with others
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service
- You are responsible for the content published to your connected platforms through GmbPlus
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use GmbPlus to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Send spam or unsolicited review request messages
- Post fake, misleading, or incentivized reviews on any platform
- Publish content that violates Google's, Facebook's, or Instagram's community standards
- Access or attempt to access another user's account
- Reverse-engineer or extract the source code of the Platform
- Use the service in any way that could harm other users or third parties
5. Third-Party Platform Compliance
GmbPlus integrates with third-party platforms and APIs to provide its features. By using GmbPlus, you also agree to comply with the applicable terms of those platforms, including:
- Google Terms of Service
- Google API Services User Data Policy
- Meta (Facebook) Terms of Service
- Instagram Terms of Use
We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform policies, APIs, or service availability.
6. Subscription & Payments
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase
- All payments are processed securely via Razorpay
- We do not store your card or payment details on our servers
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact our support team
- We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and branding within GmbPlus is owned by GmbPlus / TheWebPino. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GmbPlus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to data loss, loss of revenue, or business interruption. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the preceding 3 months.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, without prior notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or dashboard settings.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
